Detective Josie Quinn races against time to find missing girl Isabelle Coleman, stumbling across another girl in the process, June Spencer, presumed runaway but in reality abducted. Damaged and speechless, June is somehow wearing Isabelle's neon tongue barbell. The name "Ramona" surfaces several times without any context in Josie's search : once written in blood by June, once spoken by a dying man.
